Well, as I wrote yesterday, I hit restart and did very well. I spent my lunch break food shopping for when I am at work so I can eat breakfast here (I never have time to do it before work because I'm a late sleeper!) and lunch too. Bought some hard boiled eggs, single serving oatmeal, Kashi cereal and skim milk. Also, for lunch bought some cans of tuna, soup, and other assorted low cal easy lunch options. also bought fruit to keep on my desk.
I also food shopped on the way for home. So I stayed within my calorie allotment for yesterday and feel good today.
Now let's see if I can finish the day as well as I did yesterday.
