Well, today is the start of the BLC22 12 week challenge. I weighed in.
My goals are:
-get as close to Onederland as I can
-log my food everyday
-do cardio at least 5-6 times a week
-do 2-3 strength training exercises (I hate strength training!!)
-post on the team at least once a day
-will be supportive when needed
-drink at least 64 oz. of water a day
-cut down on diet soda and alcoholic beverages when I out
I'm not gonna lie, I'm a bit overwhelmed!! Lot's to do and remember! My Sparkfriend (Coolmama11) did the challenge the last round and liked it. I know I can use more accountability and motivation and I think this team can and will do that for me!!
I have met and made friends with some wonderful people!!
