Well I'm still focusing on making those healthier choices. I've found it's much easier since I've been getting lots of great tools & info from my nutritionist. Since starting to see her in March of this year I've went from 175, down to 173 on June 1. The most noticeable change is the much lower blood sugar #s, most fasting ones instead of being in the 200 range are now under 120! Success!
My goal is to get down to 169 by June 30. My birthday is coming up next month & I have a goal to be out of 170ville. Ready to rock on to 160ville!
