Today, I'm going to start a 2nd round of Clean. I've started slipping back into bad habits, and I absolutely do not want them to take hold of me again.
I did not have energy to get up and run this morning, I've been cranky the last several days, have not been enjoying the same ultra-upbeat state of being, nor the mental clarity. I made an apple bacon pie yesterday and ate too much of it for dinner. Boy, was it good! And, snacked on some popcorn that hubby made at 9:30 pm.
This morning, I made myself some tea (instead of coffee), and a smoothie with pear, hemp protein powder, maca powder, almond milk, dates, splash of vanilla, and pinch of sea salt. It tastes yummo, but I'm looking forward to making it again in the future, with my Vitamix, I've yet to purchase as I'm saving up the money. Grateful that I live 20 miles away from their outlet store, where they have great deals!
I have been taking short walks around the neighborhood after oldest daughter gets on bus, pulling 2 youngest in wagon. I'll make sure to do that again today. Keeping up on my 'sister' push-up challenge, and have been running off and on. So, I'm not a complete train wreck yet...but don't want to get to that point either!
