Breakfast: 2 organic eggs with 2 slices turkey bacon and cantaloupe

Lunch: black bean and turkey chili and bowl of mexican veggie soup

Snack: stevia sweetened berry and yogurt bowl

Dinner: Salad with diced chicken breast cooked in buffalo sauce, light ranch, grilled onions, tomato, on mix of spinach and romaine

If needed small protein shake during the day (lately I have been very hungry... so upping protein
