Don't Let a Slip Turn into a Fall

This is an AA saying that I need to hear tonight. I've gone over my calories for several days in a row. I've definitely slipped. During the summer work slows down... I'm home more... I could use the time for exercise or to shop and prepare healthy foods -- but I've been sitting in front of the tv, eating. Old habits die hard. So. The kitchen is closed for tonight. And tomorrow is a new day.

    Have you tried any of the Spark Solution recipes? They're awesome and not huge so if you don't like it, not a lot wasted. I also find browsing sparkrecipes fun-put in an ingredient and see what you find.
You're moving a lot -that's great. And we all have a bad streak off and on.

  Be sure you "forgive yourself" for these days where you slip. You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you expect perfection - just try to look at each day as a fresh start!
