I've already gotten in 250 minutes of fitness in June! Wahoo! Today was a rest day so no YMCA - softball game to watch of my daughter (they won). While the kids were warming up, my husband and I took a nice brisk walk around the neighborhood the game was at. Really relaxing and felt great to keep moving. All the exercise has me inspired to eat more healthy too. I haven't been tracking as much as I would like. I know I am eating too many calories still. But choosing healthier foods. I avoided office doughnuts and chips today. Felt really proud of that. I did eat a more caloric dinner (we ate out) and 2 servings of shelled peanuts at the game. I need to plan something for the early games so we can stay on track. Use my crockpots maybe suggested DH. I plan to hit the strength machines at the Y tomorrow night. Girls are almost out of school. That will be good. I am tired of the hectic schedule and ready for a break.
