Did not sleep good. Girls was up kept me up. Got up got Sam to school by 7:30. Went to my trainer worked out. Weighed in and lost 7 pounds since last Tuesday. Went to breakfast with my mom. I got a veggie omelet no cheese wheat toast and water. Did some errands. Picked up Sam at noon dropped her friend off. Took her to get pizza. I had 2 small slices. Came home walked for 20 some minutes outside. Got ready for Tops. I am co leader and the secretary was gone for the day so I was secretary for today. I weighed in at Tops at 299 that was a loss of 9 pounds for the week. It was awesome. We had like 10 weighing in I think. As a group we lost 44 pounds and 5 pounds gained. So as a group we lost 39 pounds. One guy lost 15 pounds one girl lost 6 another lost 5 Sam lost 2. My mom gained 4.5. The leader an her hubby. My mom and my hubby went to dinner. I had cornbread muffins. The dinner was not great. I had spaghetti with cauliflower broccoli mushrooms onions with garlic sauce. I had water. I brought all most all of my food home. Hubby had a sandwich and fried green tomatoes those were not great either. Got home at almost 10. I am so tired. belly is sore. Hope I sleep better tonight.

No vitamins. Did have them in my purse so no excuse there
Got over 7000 steps today but not enough.
Tomorrow will be better.
