Been doing so good. Eating healthy, reading lots of information, learning, and increasing my exercise slowly. Had several days of over 2 hours of exercise, mainly in the pool walking or jogging. Doing very light weight strengthening exercises and increasing that very slowly. Yesterday I went up to do the strengthening exercises. When I started out on the treadmill for a warm up my pulse rate was already in the 90's, unusual to start with. I got it back down to the 80's before getting off. Then I went to lift my 1-3 kilo weights on my different machine stations. It was very hot also. When I was down to 2 exercises left I began to have pain going down my left arm. Not unusual because I have rotator cuff problem, but this felt different. So I quit for the day, went to my room to rest and take a nitroglycerine. First time in years I have taken one. Usually gives me a headache telling me I didn't really need it for heart problem. This time, no headache, just relief. Guess I need to be more careful about increasing my exercises and doing the exercise in the heat. Other than that, life is great!
