The last 2 weeks I have been so bad. I have hardly worked out and have been eating so awful. Right now, I feel bloated, crampy and listlesss. Im exhausted and I am done with it. Tomorrow is a new day. I have already planned a healthy day for myself, working around my work hours. I got some flavored seltzer which usually helps with my diet soda, sweet craving. I am going to make a smoothie tomorrow for breakfast and bring it in my new cold cup! Smoothie for breakfast, oatmeal for lunch, veggies, fruits for snacks and a balanced dinner. I need to cut out the milk, as ALL milk products have been giving me that allergy feeling in the back of my throat, like minutes after i eat it, I feel congestion in the back of my throat, on top of that my stomach has been all over the place. My downfalls now- laziness. I am going to bring workout clothes with me and head straight to the gym from work. My boyfriend works really late, so lately I have been wanting him to get up and go to the gym with me and my excuse is the fact that hes not going, so I am FINE with going by myself. THere is 2 months until my ten year reunion and I want to feel good, look good and take care of my body.
