my dinner, pineapple not-so-fried rice! vegan of course

So this is what I made for dinner. No, I didn't eat the whole thing, although it was good enough to! It has a variety of ingredients like tofu, pineapple, cashews, peas, etc. I got the recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks, Chloe's Kitchen. I also had grapes and asparagus on the side. My whole family tried some, and loved it. My Dad picked out the tofu, though. :(
