Two days in...

Okay- I've gone through two days of work, two days of tracking my meals, two days of doing 10 minutes of exercise. Thank you to those of you who have read has helped to know people are behind me!!:) One thing I did that was very important that scared me that I don't think I posted last time was that I finially weighed myself-worse then I thought!! But I am okay with that -if anything it made me realize that I really needed to start to watch things again. What a wake up call.
So far i have done okay- but one of the commenters said I should make some long and short term goals...they are right. But you know what....this is hard!!

    i lost 44 pounds by giving up sugar and grain products at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 64 by walking 15000 steps a day.
