Memorial Day goal update

My last blog post, I had set a "Memorial Day" goal. Let's see how I did!

My goal was to lose 20 to 25lbs, but I wasn't going to obsess about the number. I was going to stick to these mini goals:

-Eat better (no daily Sbux)
-Exercise (minimum 30 minutes, 6/week)
-Drink water
-Sleep more (I'm averaging about 5 hours a night)

Looking at these mini-goals, I did pretty good! I didn't quit my daily sbux habit, but I got my exercise in, I'm definitely drinking a LOT more water and I'm sleeping WAY more (my average went up to 6 hours a night!) YAY!

I'm not seeing the weight loss I'd like, but I'm making the right choices, which makes me thankful.

I've also been praying, asking God for help with this & it's the best feeling, knowing the God who created me is helping me!

I'm keeping it going ... and the weight will come off!
