Well, I may have celebrated my previous victory too soon! I gained 4-5lbs back and am feeling less toned than I was before at the same weight. I have only let up on my workouts slightly, but I know the major issue is my diet.
I think I started to have the thin person mindset and forgot that if I want to reach my goal I have to continue to be mindful of what I am shoveling into my mouth.( I have had A LOT of candy lately).
I am trying to figure out what I can do to keep my motivation for this last 10 lbs. I am SO close to my goal and really want to be able to know I got there the right way!
