I gave birth to twin boys in August 2012. At the beginning of this year I decided I wanted to lose the rest of the baby weight I had lingering (15 pounds at that point) and continue losing more. In about 2 months I got down to pre-baby weight. I kind of slacked for a little and then started back again at it and dropped 15 below that to bring me to 300. I know that this is something I should already be proud of because a lot of people don't drop the baby weight ever and I luckily did that by the time my boys were 6 months old.

However, I am still wanting to lose. I did this a few years ago and started around this weight (300) and got down to 250. Over time and issues I went back up to 315 (the weight I got pregnant at). For the past few weeks I have had trouble losing anything and I'm not sure what is wrong. That is why I'm here. To see if I can get some help and support to help me not get too frustrated.
