Tomorrow the ship sets sail! I am so honored to be co-captain once again...leading my team, the Weapons of Mass Reduction, onto victory! lol
I've allowed my weight to fluctuate. I say allowed because i know good and well the crap i place into my mouth. AND i know what i should be eating and drinking. So it's time to...
After my last half marathon my fitness has been spotty at best. I took out my notebook and planned each day of June. I will do the same for July and August and so on...
My June goals are to:
-walk/jog at least 80 miles
- ST 4x a week
- Cardio 4x a week
- workout video (Bob Harper) 3x a week
- Stay within calorie range
- Drink my water...
