Frustration

Tuesday, June 04, 2013

I am going through so many changes in my life right now. I am throughly frustrated. I am making progress on the weight loss front, but it's not as fast as I would like. I'm sure everyone feels this way. I am still unemployed and finding a job is no picnic. I feel like my life is on hold at at moment.

Find a job
Get beautiful, so people will be attracted to me
Get my own place to live
Move on with my life
etc.

Sometimes I wonder how I have the ability to get through it all...

Do you say any daily affirmations? How about: I am beautiful and I will find the perfect job soon...

Please treat yourself with extra kindness. Make a list of 3 little things you can do right now to pamper yourself, then make them happen today.
    For example:
    1. Paint your toenails
    2. Put on a favorite pair of earrings or something else you love
    3. Take 5 minutes to write down a couple of things that make you happy

hi! sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I like everyone's advice. Make a list of goals for the day every morning and keep checking them off..take it a day at a time and ask for help wherever possible. Maybe talk to a career counselor that can help you with your resume? emoticon emoticon emoticon

If you're making progress while job hunting you can do anything you set your mind to! You don't have to "get beautiful" to attract people. You're already good and just making yourself the best you can be.
Keep looking and moving forward one meal, exercise, minute, or day at a time. We're rooting for you!
