Snacking it up

It's the little things about my gym that I appreciate- like the small plastic bags provided for your damp swimming costume or the Molton Brown body lotion in the changing room. I've only been going for three days now, but it feels good- and I've already lost a bit of weight!

Only thing is, I'm worried a bit about my snacking. For breakfast I had a banana and coffee, took my dog for a walk and then had a low-fat yoghurt (which I didn't even consider the sugar content of- later found it was 20g of sugar!). I went to the gym, had sweet potato and fish for lunch. Later as a snack I had half an avocado and green tea. I'm hoping I continue to lose weight despite some of the errors of my ways.

Very much looking forward to a dinner of salsa chicken and asparagus! This blog is helping me wait for it a little longer!
