So tomorrow I start BLC round 22. As I stated I am in the CAMO team and specifically on the Red Ranger squad. Weigh-in is officially tomorrow AM. I will continue to be focused on my eating and getting my 1400+ calories in.
I have noticed a tender spot on my left shin where I smacked it into my bed last week. The area is now slightly swollen and tender to the touch. I can however walk and run on it with NO pain. I believe I have bruised the bone. So, until further notice I will avoid doing any plyo moves until it is better - however I will continue to run - but listen very carefully to my body.
I have been asked about my goals for this 12 week round of BLC.
1. I would so love to lose 10 pounds and be at my goal weight. I do know this will be difficult, but will strive to make this happen.
2. I would love to lose body fat and be down to 15% on the caliper readings and also on my Tanita scale.
3. I want to continue more consistently decluttering my home by a minimum of 15 minutes each day and purging at least 10 items each day.
4. Start Half Marathon Training at the end of July.
I have been extremely focused on my eating since Sunday. No bread baskets when we go out. I will be very conscious of my food choices. I have cut way back on the amount of pasta.
Can't wait for the Challenge to start....
