It all started yesterday.

For the past few weeks, ever since I bought my bike, I had been riding with a friend who lived near by. But the past two weeks we hadn't rode at all, life got busy and we just didn't find the time or plain out didn't want to go.
So yesterday we got back on our bikes and although I felt a little sluggish we actually maintained the speed and time we had gone before we stopped. We normally go about 8 miles and hour on average and ride for 75 minutes. The feeling the biking gives me is amazing, it's just like being a runner, a swimmer, or anything else that physically exerts you. I love it. I might hurt, my butt might be sore, and I am always grumpy because I get up at 6:30 a.m. to do it but it's worth it. I want to get back into losing weight and feeling great and healthy again. I bought a juicer and I really wanna try to incorporate that into my healthy eating plans. Let's see where I can get myself by the end of the year. I deserve to be healthy and I can't let myself hold myself back. Captain Lazy is gonna get locked up and the key thrown away.
