So it's not really a cramp, but that's what it feels like. What it really is, is the fat getting stuck or pushed under my ribs. This happens mostly at night when I am trying to move around, so I usually have to sit up to turn.
Starting to today I am going to give it my all when exercising, walking and such. I also plan to do at least one 5K before the end of the year. Also since I haven't been able to do Paleo eating I'm just going to stick to doing a calorie count way.
