Tired of the fat cramps :)

Tuesday, June 04, 2013

So it's not really a cramp, but that's what it feels like. What it really is, is the fat getting stuck or pushed under my ribs. This happens mostly at night when I am trying to move around, so I usually have to sit up to turn.
Starting to today I am going to give it my all when exercising, walking and such. I also plan to do at least one 5K before the end of the year. Also since I haven't been able to do Paleo eating I'm just going to stick to doing a calorie count way.
Wishing you all a successful month of June emoticon

sounds like a plan- I stick with calorie counting even though I go to WWs- it just makes more sense for me- keep moving forward and those fat cramps will be a distant memory emoticon

Lady with a plan! Sometimes your muscles will get too tight to move. Before I got my mitral valve replaced, my muscles would freeze up and not allow my lungs to expand. I would quit breathing and the nurse would press between my ribs until the muscles relaxed and I could breathe again. Without the extra weight and a new valve it sure makes life much nicer.

Know you will get to that point also.
