So I am super excited, I have several nsv to report and they have me jus stoked!
So the first one is that the other night I managed to run at 4.0 on the treadmill for TEN MINUTES STRAIGHT!!!!! I was so excited I started jumping up and down when I was thru with my run. I did a total of 28 min running though jus not consecutive. That is the longest I have been able to jog at one time in a while most of the time it is 2-3 min. I was so excited lol. I was angry at my bf when I first went into the workout, so mayb I should workout when I'm angry more often ;) lol but seriously wow for me it's been a while lol.
My second nsv is that I have a pair of jeans I wear all of the time that are size 16 and I realized yesterday how loose they are. I like my jeans a lil tight but not skin tight paint them on lol and I can pull about 3 inches of material away from my thigh at the side. Also I keep stepping on them, I'm used to them being right at the heel of my danskos but they are falling an inch or two last that. It's crazy, I have been playing all day with how loose they are lol probably lookin retarded cause im at work in my patients room jus adjusting and readjusting my pants.
Another victory that I want to note is that yesterday I brought a salad to work (it was 2 cups of romaine lettuce and 1/4 cup of fat free cheddar cheese) and I actually had to leave some in the bowl! I jus couldn't finish it!! That was jus crazy to me lol I've been putting back regular food but not a salad lol.
I've been downing about a gallon of water a day no joke and even though I'm peeing all the time I feel awesome. I can't wait till Fridays weigh in to see my progress. I fight not to pull out the tape measure all the time.
I noticed too that I wear my sports band for my iphone on my right upper are or lower arm, when I first got it it was really tight on my upper arm (was barely able to Velcro shut lol) and super loose on my forearm. But last night when I was running I noticed that its not as tight on my upper arm, I was able to put it on and Velcro it shut with about an inch of material. Exciting for me :)
That has me worried bout skin though, I really want my arms tone and I'm doing exercises but its a Lil embarrassing cause I can flex and you can see this nice muscle up top and then saggy below my arm maybe three inches, it's not jus skin though there is some fat too. I know I have a lot of work to do.
I honestly am very proud of myself this week, it's strange lol I have the "skinny feeling" even though I'm not skinny yet hahaha.
I have soooooo much energy too! I'm bouncing around everywhere. Even sleep deprived that I am.
Also noticed that I have a pink and black scrub top that was a Lil snug but so soft and comfortable, today it is fitting a lil looser in some areas YAY lol maybe soon I will be able to use the whole drawer of skinny scrubs that I have refused to throw away.
Last one lol and then I will stop rambling, today at work I was picking some things off of the floor and I noticed/realized that I wasn't bending at the waist with my legs straight to get them anymore I was actually squatting down like your suppose to and it didnt hurt it wasnt difficult :)
I have too keep these things in my head cause if I don't focus all the time I know I will fall off the wagon and I am DETERMINED not to do that this time
Oh and I've said no thank you to a butt load of food and haven't given it a second though, this week has been an awesome week! Hoping it will continue, I know they won't always he good days but this one definitely is!
