I have been doing Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds and love it. So I decided to try the Walk and Jog Power Series she released. I have lost almost 50 pounds ... I am invinsible. Right?
Well, I might be invinsible but I have lost my coordination skills.
If you have done the workout, you know she eases you into the jogging. I thought, "No problem." It wasn't. Not until she started the jogging and kicking. I can jog and kick but NOT at the same time.
I finally put Derby in her kennel so I didn't kill her. I nearly wiped out and caught the edge of the treadmill before I landed fully on the basement tile floor!
I think I need to stick to either walking or jogging. No fancy stuff!!
Have you tried the Walk and Jog?? Thoughts??
