Im still at it!

I feel like I havent been on here in so long! I've been eating pretty healthy for about 10 weeks, I'm down about 20-22 lbs. I've gotta add some excercise into my life! I plan to soon, just changed my schedule so I will have two days off one week and three the next week. I work alot because my hubby is in school FT so I'm the bread winner :( The other days I work, I usually am on the schedule 12 hours but I cant afford to cut back on hours, so just rearranged so I can feel like I have some time away from work! I have been staying away from milk (doing almond milk in my cereal & smoothies) I feel like my allergies are so much better staying away from milk. In fact, I've cut my allergy meds in half so far. I'm only on one diabetes pill a day! My goal is to be on "zero" meds! I'm starting with yoga videos then that will motivate me & get into the mood for more working out. Have a great week!

    I love almond milk, too, especially on my breakfast cereal. I don't have allergies, I just like it.

    Seems like you have a great idea of what your body needs. My husband has allergies too so I understand second hand about that and glad to hear you've gotten over some of it.
