What is giving me the greatest motivation is seeing how my world is changing with me. While my body is changing and getting healthy so is my house getting cleaner and more streamline. My kids are eating healthier. My husband has more energy. I am able to let go of things that no longer serve me. My kitchen is organized. My meals are little better planned. My time is better used at least most of the time. And I'm enjoying life more. I take notes of all the changes inside myself and the outside that I live.
