Starting again

Tuesday, June 04, 2013

So I lost my workout mojo when I started my new job. Ive gained a bit of weight and inches and I hate my new job. I also just had gall bladder surgery, apparently the thing was necrotic, but I feel so much better without it.

SO now I am job searching, trying to maintain my relationships, and workout all at the same time. My motivation is low, the missing gall bladder is going to make my weight loss even more difficult, but I have to do it.

Today I started by completing level 1 of the 30 day shred. I did the modified pushups and completed everything at the moderate level. Im sore, but fine.

Ive taken my measurements...and I am off :)

This time around I have to get my companion on board, he is always encouraging me, but says he loves me just the way I am...I am lucky :)

Sounds like we all have some great significant others. My boyfriend is the same way. He told me in his eyes I am "perfect" the way I am, but would do anything to help me if this is what I want. The people around us can make all the difference!

I too had my gallbladder out. I assure you, it gets better with time. It's been 3.5 years since mine was removed and I'm living basically the same as before just without the pain!

30 DS is a great workout! It was one of my favorites!!!

That sore feeling from accomplishing things is so great!!

You are lucky. My husband is the same, will accept me no matter the size, but is encouraging and very proud with what I have accomplished!

Good luck, you can do it, and lots of us will encourage you!
