Challenge #10

Challenge #10- This week I'm going to focus on eating healthier balanced snacks.

Eat fruits and vegetables & protein based snacks
Work on drinking water throughout the day daily
Limit sweets
Exercise minimum of 30 minutes daily

Results: This week went pretty good over all. I stayed within calorie range 4 of the last 7 days which is an improvement. Could have done better on my water intake, sweets, fruits and vegetables but...I'm happy. This week is a new week and I CAN DO IT! emoticon

Weight Loss: 1 pound emoticon
