Technical difficulties prevented blogs during my 3-day weekend. Boo. Allow me to recap..

Saturday I did 3 classes back to back. WHAT A CHALLENGE!

First was Parkour conditioning to prep for the Tribal Quest race in July. I was the only person that showed up for training so I basically got a personal training sesh. Bonus! I threw rocks, bear crawled across logs, scaled walls, climbed a rope. Purdy cool.

Then I went straight to barre and got my quads, hip flexors, and booty worked out.

Then straight to pole with more climbing.

I was DEAD tired afterward, but I felt so accomplished.

I ate really well all day long... then got into the beer that evening. I ended up drinking six= OVER 600 cals. Dang.

Sunday I took the day off of exercise. I ate well. Tie that one up in a bow.

Then yesterday, ugh. I had an omelet for breakfast, green smoothie for lunch, then we left around 4 to get an oil change. The garage had a 2 hour wait, and bf was starving so we walked to BW3s to pass the time. Of course I got a beer. Of course I ate something deep fried. Then margaritas happened. Then another beer. I got my drank on fo sho. Passed out at 7.


I woke up at 3am, well rested and sans hangover surprisingly. I made stir fry with cauliflower rice for lunch, then a ham swiss and asparagus frittata for breakfast. Then I showered and actually blow dried my hair for once.

Health is on the agenda:
-Snacks= peach, banana, Clif bar
-Boot Camp class during lunch break
-Whip up dinner from all the food I prepped over the weekend
-Not a single drop of alcohol today. Don't do it!
