Back on Track In June

This month will be awesome! My goals are:

1. Exercise at least 4X a week
2. drink at least 8 cup of water daily
3. cut out chips snacking
4. Take my daily vitamin
5. Squeeze some me time in
6. Stop stressing over spilled Milk and Move it!
