So this morning I hopped on the scale again (daily weigh in's, I know, I know! LOL) and was up 1lb from yesterday, which I can only attribute to the fatty Harvey's Angus burger with cheese and bacon that I had last night for supper (LOL). Couple that with the fact that I don't think I got enough water AND had some ice cream (Cold Stone Creamery will be the death of me this summer!) I definitely KNOW where that 1 lb came from, especially seeing as I didn't do any sort of exercising at all yesterday! BUT tomorrow I get my tooth out! So I am thinking i'll do some 30 day shred tonight, and tomorrow I will definitely not be feeling working out, but I won't be eating much either LOLOL

Weight fluctuates up to several pounds in a day based on what you've eaten, water retention, and other body functions. That is the number one reason people advise against daily weigh ins. 1lb fluctuations shouldn't be given credence on a day to day basis. Pay attention to the overall trend. As long as it's tending down over time you're good. Also...I've probably said this before (if not to you then to someone else)...don't rely only on the scale. Progress shows up in so many other ways!

Best of luck and keep pushing!
