Learning the importance of tracking today. I had 4 glasses of milk over the course of the day. Found out that it is actually like 800 calories D: Glad i've started tracking and learning these things though. Helping me become more aware of my habits.

    SO true! I literally changed my entire diet when I started tracking! I was astounded at the calorie content of some "healthy" foods like milk!! Everything in moderation!
