June 3/13

Well, I am into this spring challenge and still pretty motivated... although I fell off the wagon and under it the last couple of days i did eat healthier for supper... It has helped that my chiro is wanting me to cut sugar and flour from my eating but he has also wanted me not eating fruit cuz of the sugar content... Been on this for about a month now... have lost a few pounds and I am feeling better... I know that sugar is the big culprit for feeling bloated as not having it for a few weeks then eating it really made me feel terrible.

Decided to change my background picture to one of big beach on maui... it was our favourite beaches of all the ones we were seeing. Got some awesome pictures of the surf and it is a happier picture instead of the gray oregon coast I have had up for so long.

Here the sun is shining.. the sand was to hot to walk on... the sky was blue.. the water a pretty green and it is my happy place

Have a great day

Love the background picture!!!! I am glad you are feeling better, if you felt awful eating fruit because of the sugar then stay away from it!!

You'll feel better and better as you get farther away from sugar.

It is great that you are back to your happy place. When I saw the backround picture I thought of the beaches in Aruba, that was a happy place for me. Glad that cutting sugar in your diet is a positive step for you. Sorry you had problems when you had some, looks like a leason learned to me.
