I haven't been feeling well for the last few days. I haven't been able to get a good work-out but tonight I am going to try again.
I was planning to work-out much earlier today but I didn't feel strong enough.
I'm going to take it easy and stop if I it's too hard. Right now, though, I feel like if I miss another work-out I'm going to go crazy.
I had my goals all planned for June. Now, after feeling crappy for a few days, I'm really bent on just taking care of myself and feeling well.
Workouts: I'm still wanting to strength train and do some type of cardio at least 5 days per week.
Nutrition: I'm continuing to try to meet my protein goals and I'm looking for healthy fiber choices that actually taste good. I'm also trying NOT to go under my suggested calorie range. I seem have done this, unintentionally, quite a few times in May.
I'm going to try a new-to-me food and I'm looking for a strength training move I've never done to try as well. Hoping to improve my push-ups, crunches, and planks.
I'll be working on my flexibility with stretches and a little Pilates.
There are no specific numbers of pounds or inches to lose or gain. I expect to add a little bit of girth to my calves and/and lose inches a few other places but the main goal is PROGRESSING in my healthy habits.
June, for me, is all about balance, commitment, and health.
