June Goals

I did pretty good meeting my goals last month. With last month's, I pushed myself and I need to do that again this month. The question is, in what areas am I going to push? Because regardless, I need to keep them SMART.

1. Do a minimum of 1250 minutes of exercise
• Continue working out with my walking buddy doing the work week
• Incorporate more weight and resistance training, minimum of 10 minutes a day
• Concentrate on adding cardio workouts on the weekends

2. Lose 6 pounds
• Use what I’ve learned to make my own meal plans and then cook for on the weekends for the whole week (dinners and lunches)
• Work in getting those exercises in on the weekend

3. Walk two 5Ks, at least virtually

4. Walk 50 miles, that includes the treadmill, walking videos, and outside walks

5. Be more consistent in writing my blog

6. Get my BFF to finally enroll in SP and get back on track with her “Being Healthy” journey (Again!)

7. Finally finish my Vision Collage and put it up in the house (Again!)

    I'm rooting for you. Looking forward to seeing those goals annihilated. Well, perhaps not destroyed, but met so thoroughly that they are left spinning.
