Easily 64, we grew up having water with meals and it's just a habit that was instilled early.

4-6, having an ample food budget helps me to be able to do this. One of the benefits of getting older and being retired.

I try to get in at least 10 minutes each day, I have an 60 minute aerobics, strength, and stretch class three times a week.

I so some at my class, but am trying to do the bikini workout for beginners on my own twice a week. Still working on consistency here.
