Did not reach my goal of 215 for May - or by June 3 which is weight and measures day.
Still being patient, keeping to my program, knowing at some point there will be a big jump in the scale numbers.
Know my overall fitness has improved considerably this month which is accomplishment in itself - like I was able to do a bow pose the other day!! Don't know how long it has been since I could do that!! Even a dancer's pose, can reach back and grab that ankle. That's HUGE1
So will take pride in the small accomplishments and celebrate them
and keep striving for the big ones
