so proud of myself today, walked 10.38 miles in a little over 6hrs

burned 1,202.6 calories and took 16,401 steps
Lets just say the motivation to lose this weight has become more pronounced instead of 30lbs to lose I've got work on 50lbs to lose I weighed myself and I am shamefully 174.6 :( I still have 25 squats to do but I will do that after picking up my daughter. Half the time I was thinking of how could I have let myself gain 20 lbs.
So I walked my daughter to school but since I was there early I walked around the perimeter of the school and brought her back to the front entrance only a mere 15 min had passed by then and the school wasn't open yet so I walked another 3 blocks around to get back to her school and then after she went in I walked to the end of the safe neighborhood and then back home to wait for Sophia. Grace slept the whole time and it was much easier pushing one child than two.
