1st Days

Today was Samantha 's first day of Early College High School summer session. It will last for 3 weeks. 8 AM to Noon. Today was the 1st day of my summer. I started going to a fitness place last Tuesday. I started the food program and will follow it for 12 weeks. I worked out with a trainer on Tuesday. I weighed 208.2 on Tuesday. I went back on Friday and worked out and I weighed 205.5. I lose 3 pounds emoticon. I go back tomorrow morning and see how my weekend went. Saturday I had Samantha 's graduation party.

Today went with my mom and dropped Sam off at her new school. Went to breakfast at Bob Evans. I got the Fit Veggie Omelet with dry toast and fruit cup. 310 calories
Came home straightened up some of the house. Did dishes Gary made breakfast for him and the girls. I worked with Savannah and Sabrina on their summer homework packet. Washed my face and took my vitamins. ( I usually don't take time for me ). Picked Sam up from school came home girls had lunch. I had a premade southwest salad 280 calories . I walked and watched some tv. I went out back and walked .63 of a mile in like 43 minutes. Well I can only get better from here ! Gary cooked out on the grill girls had chicken with sweet and sour sauce and rice I had 4 Morningstar chikn grilled 360 calories with a smear of rice and a smear of honey mustard sauce.
96 oz of water so far tonight.

Tonight goal
Get to 15,000 steps I have 11,456 right now
Take PM vitamins
PM Face
Vega One shake w/ almond milk
