Had a meeting end early today, so was able to go to the gym on lunch after all. It wasn't great; I had a hard time finding my rhythm. You ever have one of those days where it just doesn't feel right? Annoyingly, at the end of my work out is when I seemed to be getting in sync. Oh well. Some good days, some bad.
I am actually looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow. Its been a long time since I've felt this way. Last Fall I was on plan, making changes and doing well. Then I hurt my SI joint and since then my good habits fell aside and the weight started back on. This last week I've made it back to the gym, I've tracked my foods and been more mindful in my activities. I'm expecting a weight loss. I know there is a chance it could be up; when I start new exercise it does go up sometimes. But I feel good, I'm sleeping better and I have more energy; so even it is is up a little, I'll be okay with it. *But I really hope its down*
