I am running a 5K in July and my goal is to run the whole thing- no walking! This gives me 7 weeks to get up to that level. I tried out the C25K program today and did the week 1, workout 1 with a friend. I think I will bump it up to week 2 on my next workout . I think I can do it as today's workout didn't challenge me very much and I would like to train a little harder.
I think I will break down and buy the app for my phone. My friend has it and it was really nice not to have to keep checking a watch!
