I have no clue what my weight is at this moment but I will have to weigh in tomorrow. I am sure that I gained at least 15 pounds back. But now I have a treadmill that me and my hubby found in the trash and it still works! so we took it and kept it.. lol So I plan on running on it every morning so I can start to lose this weight again. I also have to watch what I eat. The vegan diet really works and it worked for me but I have a hard time making supper on that diet when I don't know many ways to make things. I have looked up different things to eat and I just gave up on it and I haven't had the urge to do it again. So I think I will just watch my calories and write down what I eat and workout. I am not going to deprive myself of some sort of food because of this weight. I am going to eat whatever I want I just need to incorporate more veggies and fruit and it will be fine. I want to do Weight Watchers again but I will not be attending meetings. I still have my WW books so I will do it on my own and see what happens. My body and my heart are into losing weight and so is my head but my head is half and half I want to lose weight but I don't want to give up on anything... so this is where I will be doing weight watchers again. I took the summer off from school because I need a break and it is great! I got accepted into the LPN program and that is so exciting as well. We are caught up on all of ours bills and pay backs and we are even saving some money now so everything is calm lately and I want to start getting back on track with my weight... I think now that I have a treadmill I will exercise more often. I enjoy running but I don't like to do it outside in the light so I run in the night and then by that time I am just to tired to go do it so I don't. But now I have a treadmill so I can run whenever I 7eel like it in the privacy of my own home. Right now I have to watch 2 kids that are 7 and 11 for 3 days a week and only for a couple of weeks. I really didn't want to but their mom always watched my daughter when I needed her too so I had to return the favor... lol but I really wanted to enjoy my time off and just relax and do nothing. but the pay will be nice so its all good. tomorrow I will walk for 5 mins. then run for 5 mins for 20 mins. and then every week I want to decrease the walking time till I reach 20 mins running total.
