    you're not grunting enough :P there's a dude at my gym who plays with his balls all the time, well our balls :P and he makes the most outrageous noises...i usually have to go hide in the bathroom while he's doing his thing because the only open floor space is right beside the front desk...he freaks out the whole gym :P

    This is awesome! You are awesome!! I was always told not to put my hands behind my head when I'm doing situps. HOw do you keep yourself from straining your neck and shoulder muscles?
