Wow was I bad this weekend! I started ok with a salad but then had a cookie and went down from there. I need to carry a healthy snack with me when I am out and about. I got real sleepy in the afternoon and had nothing with me so ate a not so healthy McDonalds chicken nuggets. Sunday was just as bad. We were out on the lake and son got a bag a Cheetos. I did ok until afternoon again. Snacked on bad stuff. It didn't make me feel any better. So I grabbed an orange and ate that and instantly felt a lot better. Go figure. At least we ended the day with a fish fry and some veggies. I need to go to the store stat and get some healthier snack options.

    Good luck. Don't beat yourself up, we can't change yesterday. Just move forward now and you'll be great!

    Being prepared is half the battle! (I know this, because I didn't come to work prepared today and will have difficulty listing all the snack items that have passed my lips so far!).
