Monday- run week 3 of my c25k. ( started over due to the time off)
Tuesday-run week 2
Wednesday- run week 3
Thursday-run week 2
Friday- run week 3 or use as a rest day if I need rest
Saturday-run week 2
Sunday- 6 mile walk

Stay under 1550 calories each day and drink 64 oz of water

    You are supposed to take a rest day between your run days.
