Personally...I think you can use your life experience...
even negative experience...
to Learn and Develop the courage you need.
I think it takes believing in yourself and developing survival skills.
And you never know what you're capable of...until something happens.
Maybe that's why learning from others and
being inspired by their strength, is so important.
You see the tragedies people face and yet they survive
and sometimes thrive.
It shows us ...We can do almost anything....if we try.

I had an unpleasant experience a few days ago.
Weather gave me some back pain reminders and I lay on the floor
with my feet up on the seat of the sofa...and watched some DVDs.
When I tried to get up...I had a really hard time...
that's not good.
So ...we're back to strength training and abs.

I've been concentrating on trying to get 6+ veggies a day.
I'm reading ....'Clean Cuisine' by Larson, Ivy Ingram
an 8-week anti-inflammatory nutrition program
that will change the way you age, look, and feel.
Famous last words..but..what the heck..I'll try it..couldn't hurt.
