I woke up rested today with my Body media armband reporting 86% efficiency for a total of 8 hours of sleep. I knew it when I opened my eyes - I knew it before I linked up.
I could do better most days, by actually getting in bed on time. Hmm...what is stopping me?
I read a blog about eating patterns related to sensory deprivation, but failed to remember the username of the author. Next time I need to stop and assess whether sensory patterns have an impact on giving into cravings. I managed to put the frozen mac and cheese back into the freezer at Aldi when food shopping yesterday, and that was after sensory overload (thrift store!).
I found a brown and white pin striped silk dress cut on the bias with original tag (popped tag=9 bucks). It is so flattering, made for my new minus 20 pound frame. Planning to catch the Janet Cardiff exhibit with my sister.
I think dressing up is one of the ways to stay on target, and I am adding a weekly goal of dressing nicely (I wear scrubs or khakis for work) even if it is to go to the library.
