And already the 3rd.

First two days of the month have been goodish in the health-and-fitness dept. - reasonable portions, variety of veggies, etc. - could have been more active, but the mini-heat-wave was not exercise-friendly.

This week looks much better for that... so, a new small goal... something active every day for the next 3 days.
