My workout plan for today is upper body strength training & getting away from my desk at least 3 times today.
My personal strength is my determination & commitment to be healthy! I'm 1.5 lb from my goal weight. So close. I already feel like I'm there. I have so much more energy and learned to go outside my comfort zone and grow and will continue this journey long after my original goal is met! Life is full of lessons!

I ended up with 45 push ups, 20 flights of stairs, & 25000 steps. I also got away from my desk 3x!
