Getting Back on Track

Let the negativity get me down, so went back to my old ways of eating and not exercising. Ok, not all of my old ways, haven't turned all the way back to the junk food but haven't stuck to the healthy food either. Starting over is hard but I know I need to to this if I plan to get healthy and stay that way.
I need to turn the negative into a positive and not let my guard down again. So tired of all the negative but so hard not to let it get to me when my so much negativity is all around. Sometimes I need the encouraging words from friends to overcome the negative that others give but it doesn't always come my way.
