Have been slacking off for the past few months; gained back 15 pounds and feel out of sorts.
It is time for me to regain enthusiasm for the SP plan that afforded me great success.
This week I am going to start tracking my food intake, re-join the gym, weighing in and getting back on track.
Now is the time time to get that great feeling of success back.

Every single day is an opportunity to have a new start over. You have acquired a lot of information to use in your advantage. Fast Break stage in the SP diet is a very good way to start.

The enthusiasm has been hiding behind the door. I think it likes to knock every now and then

You have had very severe stress the last couple of months so I understand where you are coming from. I hope the repairs to your condo are going well. God bless and welcome back. emoticon emoticon
